THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SPACES
Meet Janelle Marie
Founder Janelle Marie has been styling and renting spaces since 2015. A lifelong love of bringing loved ones and close friends together in beautiful spaces grew into The Styled Stay. A collection of distinctive homes designed to feel as good as they look.
Over the years, those spaces have welcomed not only travelers, but creative teams as well. Since 2020, The Styled Stay has hosted photography, video, and commercial productions for brands including Facebook, MTV, and Burt’s Bees Baby, with projects ranging from product photography and digital campaigns to cooking shows.
Today, The Styled Stay brings together beautiful vacation rentals, peaceful homes for life’s in-between seasons, thoughtfully renovated residences, and distinctive spaces for creative productions.

Meet Alex Phillip
Co-founder Alex leads BlueSkyDesigns in Fairfield County. With more than a decade in home renovation, he brings experience in architecture, design, and construction to The Styled Stay.
His work brings the vision to life through custom furniture, built-ins, stone-textured walls, and carefully considered lighting.
