Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and, when applicable, the rental agreement has been completed and signed.
Rates and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
Payment
The total rental amount, applicable taxes, fees and payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking.
Payments must be made using an approved payment method. Any additional charges or optional services requested by the guest will be disclosed before being added to the reservation.
Security Deposit & Damages
A refundable security deposit may be required for direct reservations. The amount, payment timing and return terms will be specified in the applicable rental agreement.
Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by themselves, members of their party or invited guests. Responsibility for damage is not necessarily limited to the amount of the security deposit.
Cancellations & Changes
The cancellation policy applicable to each reservation will be disclosed at the time of booking and/or included in the rental agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shortened stays, early departures, changes in personal circumstances or weather conditions do not automatically entitle a guest to a refund.
Occupancy & Use
Properties may be occupied only by the number of guests approved for the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests, parties, events, commercial activity, photography or other non-residential uses require prior written approval.
Reservations may not be transferred or sublet.
Property Care
Guests are expected to use the property, furnishings, appliances and amenities carefully and lawfully and to promptly report any damage, malfunction or condition requiring attention.
Guests may be responsible for repair, replacement, excessive cleaning or other costs resulting from misuse, negligence or damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking, vaping and marijuana use are not permitted on the property unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular property.
Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing in advance.
Neighbors & Quiet Enjoyment
Guests are expected to respect neighboring properties, other occupants where applicable, and established quiet hours. Excessive noise, disturbances, unauthorized gatherings or other activity that interferes with surrounding properties is prohibited.
Safety, Security & Amenities
Certain properties may include pools, spas, grills, outdoor living areas, smart-home systems and other amenities requiring specific operating and safety procedures.
Properties may also utilize disclosed exterior security cameras for safety, security and property-management purposes. Cameras are not located inside private interior living spaces.
Amenity availability may occasionally be affected by weather, maintenance, repairs, utility interruptions or circumstances outside The Styled Stay's reasonable control. Property-specific amenity terms and safety requirements will be provided where applicable.
Maintenance & Access
From time to time, property management, maintenance, landscaping, pool service or other authorized personnel may require reasonable access to exterior areas or, when necessary, the residence for maintenance, repairs, inspections or emergencies.
We make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide advance notice when appropriate.
Property-Specific Rental Agreement
Each home is unique. A reservation may therefore be subject to additional property-specific terms, rules, disclosures, safety requirements and deposit provisions contained in the applicable rental agreement or addenda.
If there is any inconsistency between these general Booking Terms and a signed rental agreement for a specific reservation, the signed rental agreement will control.
By completing a direct reservation with The Styled Stay, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms applicable to that reservation.
