The studio is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to explore the area. Both I-95 and the Merritt Parkway (Exit 18 and Exit 42) are nearby. Parking is available in the driveway for up to two cars.

Guests have full access to the studio apartment via a private entrance. Your entrance is located to the left of the garage, through a gate marked with an X. The smart lock code will be sent 30 minutes before your check-in time.

Things to note
- The studio is designed for double occupancy, and can comfortably sleep one guest or one couple. Additional guests up to 4 may be accommodated for an extra charge per person, per night and we can provide an aerobed and/or bedding for the couch.
- Pre-arrival form and ID verification requested upon booking.
- No pets.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- No parties or events.
- No commercial photography or videography.
- No smoking of any kind inside the studio or outside within the property.
- Please map 11 Salem Road on GPS (not Salem Lane) to avoid confusion.
- Some noise is likely to travel to the studio from upstairs due to renters or residents. This is mostly footsteps, floor squeaking, and floor vibration.
- No pool or outdoor access, full kitchen, or laundry. Some upstairs sound may carry. Additional guests are by request.
